The Inspiration Behind My 2025 Colorado Landscapes Photography Calendar

My goal in creating a calendar has always been to bring you the joy I see in everyday moments. I want to bring an image that shares encounters with nature, wild spaces, and stories. It’s a way to reflect daily with a connection to the outdoors throughout every season.

The cover is of a photo titled Boreas Pass Smoky Sunset, taken while my wife and I were hiking through a field of wildflowers during fire season. The smoke from the north was devastating but created dramatic sunsets. Featured in June.

The images in my 2025 calendar showcase my most perfect moments when nature has revealed something extraordinary. These photographs have required patience, love, and admiration for my surrounding environment, and I am delighted to share them with you. From sunsets and winter storms to hiking among wildflowers, inspiration will be present.

This was an incredible early winter evening to watch the sunset over Lake Dillon. Featured in November.

Each photograph represents a unique Colorado month, reflecting the unexpected weather changes that parallel your day-to-day journey, to inspire you throughout your day. Each time you turn a page, you’ll find a new reason to smile, maybe a new memory to cherish, and inspiration for your next outdoor adventure.

On an amazing spring day, we headed toward Ouray in the San Juan Mountain Range. Not surprisingly, snow was on the peaks, but the ranches were lush, a reason we escaped snowy Breckenridge! Featured in April.

Connecting you to nature and all that scenic Colorado has to offer brings me great joy. I hope you explore these incredible places and feel the same sense of wonder that I do. Beauty is everywhere, and my ambition is to remind you of that.

Winter in the Ten Mile Range. We love the views from the east side of town. Featured in December.

Thank you for allowing me to share my artwork with you and for supporting my photography. This isn’t just a purchase; it’s an invitation to experience Colorado's seasons, colors, and soul—one month at a time.
